HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS

The New Year lies before you
Like a spotless tract of snow
Be careful how you tread on it
For every mark will show.
I do not know what still awaits,
Or what the morrow brings;
But with the glad salute of faith,
I hail its open wings!

For this I know
that in my Lord
Shall all my needs be met;
And I can trust the heart of him
Who has not failed me yet..

May God Bless Us All.
All the Best for the year guys

Happy holidays

We've Holidays and happy days,
and memory days galore
And when we've toasted every one,
I offer just one more
So let us lift our glasses high,
and drink a silent toast
To the day, deep buried in each heart
that each one loves the most!

Eternal Sunsets

When the days don't last forever
And the night must call
I wish for eternal sunsets
To fill my soul with fading light
And glitter that bounces on water
To listen to the silence as life waits
With breathe held in anticipation
Of the splendor to unfold
I wish for eternal sunsets

7 body language secrets to attract women

1. Move your body:
Movements are important.
Hurried, fidgety gestures and movements spell low-confidence.
Moving too fast may make her feel intimidated.
Controlled movements are signs of a confident men.
This also gives the other person a sense of comfort.

2. Walk like a man
It is ‘key’ to have a good posture when you are walking.
Walking with your head down or your hands in your pockets makes you look 'closed' and less approachable.
Walk with your head held high and open up your shoulders.

3. Shine in your seat
When you meet and talk to people,
you spend most of your time sitting.
It is very important to give a relaxed impression.
Lean back and make yourself comfortable.
Don’t fold your hands, it signals that you’re shielding yourself
and makes you look closed off.

4. Open up
When you are talking to a woman,
you must not close your body.
Palms should be open and
Arms should be by your side.
You should not cross your legs when you are in a sitting position.
Crossing your legs or arms is also a signal of being ‘closed off.’

  • 5. Its all in the eyes
    Make and maintain eye-contact.
Women look for confidence and sincerity in a man and there is no one better to tell them about it than your eyes.
Also keep your eyes from wandering off to ‘you-know-where’ when you are talking to her. Eye contact and glances can also be used to invite or express interest.

    6. Smile please

A smile is very powerful when used effectively. It is one of the first things people note about you when they see you. A good smile shows your confidence and enthusiasm.

    7. Intimate not uncomfortable
If you think there is chemistry between you and her, its okay to be a little bold sometimes. Holding hands when talking or walking is good way to start. But don’t move too fast and make her uncomfortable. Give her the space she needs and look for the invitation signals.

    The Power Of One

One song can spark a moment,
One flower can wake the dream.
One tree can start a forest,
    One bird can herald spring.

    One smile begins a friendship,
    One handclasp lifts a soul.
One star can guide a ship at sea,
One word can frame the goal.

One vote can change a nation,
    One sunbeam lights a room.
    One candle wipes out darkness,
    One laugh will conquer gloom.

One step must start each journey,
One word must start each prayer.
One hope will raise our spirits,
One touch can show you care.

One voice can speak with wisdom,
One heart can know what's true.
One life can make the difference,
You see, IT'S UP TO YOU!

    Beautiful Thought by The Buddha

Once Buddha was traveling with a few of his followers.
While they were passing a lake, Buddha told one of his disciples,
"I am thirsty. Do get me some water from the lake."

The disciple walked up to the lake.
At that moment, a bullock cart started crossing through the lake.
As a result, the water became very muddy and turbid.

The disciple thought, "How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to
    drink?"

So he came back and told Buddha, "The water in there is very muddy.
I don't think it is fit to drink."

After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back
    to the lake.

The disciple went back, and found that the water was still muddy.
He returned and informed Buddha about the same.

After sometime, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back.

This time, the disciple found the mud had settled down,
and the water was clean and clear.
So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to Buddha.

Buddha looked at the water, and then he looked up at the disciple and said,
" See what you did to make the water clean.
You let it be, and the mud settled down on its own --
    and you have clear water.

Your mind is like that too ! When it is disturbed, just let it be.
Give it a little time. It will settle down on its own.
You don't have to put in any effort to calm it down.
It will happen. It is effortless."

    Having 'Peace of Mind' is not a strenuous job;
    it is an effortless process!

    " WAQT NAHI "

Har khushi Hai Logon Ke Daman Mein. Par Ek Hansi Ke Liye Waqt Nahi,

Gairon Ki Kya Baat Karen.Jab Apno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi,

Aankhon Mein Hai Neend Badee. Par Sone Ka hi Waqt Nahi,

Dil Hai Ghamo Se Bhara Hua. Par Rone Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi,

Paison ki Daud Me Aise Daude. Ki Thakne ka Bhi Waqt Nahi,

Paraye Ehsaso Ki Kya KadarKarein. Jab Apne Sapno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi,

Tu Hi Bata Ae Zindagi.Iss Zindagi Ka Kya Hoga,

"Ki Har Pal Marne Walon Ko,Jeene Ke Liye Bhi Waqt Nahi!!"..

7 ways to stand out in a crowd

    1: Have good posture

Experts say that first impressions are based on 60 per cent non-verbal communication and 40 per cent verbal, which means that you’re being judged mostly before you even open your mouth – no pressure. To make your 60 per cent count, you need to have good posture. When was the last time you noticed the person who shuffled into the room looking shy and coy? Did it make you want to talk to them? If you were an employer, would you give them a job? No? Shocker. Shuffling in with slumped shoulders and your head hanging down will make you look like you don’t want to speak to anyone and doesn’t make people feel like they can approach you. Instead, walk tall with your shoulders back and your head held high.

    2: Walk with purpose

Along with posture comes walking with a purpose; there’s no point holding your head high if you’re going to dawdle over to the bar looking worried and lost. Walk as though you’re going somewhere specific. Even if you don’t have a clue where you’re walking to, just pretend you do. Maybe aim more towards the bar than the toilets though – you’re trying to look confident, not like you’re on a desperate mission to get to the bathroom because you have an upset stomach.  Walk in like you mean business, and people will notice you.

    3: Look the part

Trendsetters rarely go undetected so wear something that stands out. This isn’t to say that you should revamp your style completely; go for something you feel confident in but add a flash of colour or a quirky accessory to make you stand out. Look through magazines for inspiration; if you flick through the pages of a fashion magazine and see someone that stands out for their style (in a good way, of course) try to incorporate an element of their style into your own.

4: Be approachable and approach people

There’s no point looking the part with posture, confidence and style if you’re going to team these positive attributes with a bad attitude and a glum face. No one likes the cocky guy who walks in like he owns the place. Instead, approach people and make sure you look approachable, make eye contact and smile. Ask people questions about themselves to show that you’re interested even if you couldn’t care less about where they work or what they’re doing at the weekend – these people will want to talk to you again in the future.

    5: Have a passion

When speaking to people – whether that is in a bar or in a job interview – evoke people’s interest in you by being passionate about your chosen subject. Talking about how nice the weather is can be a good conversation starter when you’re trying to break the ice, but it gets pretty bland after about 30 seconds. Instead, ask people what they’re interested in and show your passion for your hobbies too. This doesn’t mean pretending that you love rugby when you’re into ballet, but if you can show a particular passion for ballet, then go for it. Showing that you have a passion for something makes people interested in you because you’re inspiring – you have things to talk about and knowledge to share with others.

6: Don’t be swayed by other people

People who really stand out are those who don’t simply smile and nod along when something is said that they don’t agree with. You shouldn’t change your opinion purposely to stand out, but if your thoughts genuinely diverge from everyone else’s, say it. Don’t force your opinions on other people because this will make you unpopular but don’t be afraid to express your views either. If you have a good reason for thinking differently, you’ll stand out for your honesty and innovative thinking. Rather than saying, for example, “no that’s not how it should be” say “ that’s an interesting way to look at it. I’ve never thought of it like that before” and then say your opinion. Having your own thoughts and being honest will make you stand out from the people who simply smile and nod along.

     7: Believe in yourself

Above all, believe in yourself. To stand out from a crowd, you must believe that you are someone worth being around. Once you have conquered the fear of being the centre of attention, you’ve got the key to standing out in a crowd. There is only one of you in the whole wide world, so look good, stand tall, be confident and friendly and you’re sure to stand out from the rest . As the saying goes “you never get a second chance to make a first impression” so make that first impression a good one – go you!

    TO GOD.COM

    Every single evening
As I'm lying here in bed,
    This tiny little Prayer
    Keeps running through my head:

    God bless all my family
    Wherever they may be,
    Keep them warm
    And safe from harm
For they're so close to me.

And God, there is one more thing
    I wish that you could do;
Hope you don't mind me asking,
    Please bless my computer too.

Now I know that it's unusual
    To Bless a motherboard,
    But listen just a second
While I explain it to you, Lord.

You see, that little metal box
    Holds more than odds and ends;
    Inside those small compartments
Rest so many of my friends.

I know so much about them
By the kindness that they give,
And this little scrap of metal
Takes me in to where they live.

By faith is how I know them
    Much the same as you.
We share in what life brings us
And from that our friendships grew.

    Please take an extra minute
    From your duties up above,
To bless those in my address book
That's filled with so much love.

Wherever else this prayer may reach
    To each and every friend,
    Bless each e-mail inbox
And each person who hits 'send'.

When you update your Heavenly list
    On your own Great CD-ROM,
Bless everyone who says this prayer
    Sent up to GOD.Com

MANAGEMENT LESSONS FROM A FIVE HUNDRED RUPEE NOTE

Two important management lessons i learnt from a 500-rupee note. Read on.

    1. It happened some years ago but I can recall the evening like it happened
    just last week.
I was in an audience listening to a motivational guru.
The speaker whipped out his wallet and pulled out a five hundred-rupee
    note.
Holding it up, he asked, "Who wants this five hundred rupee note?"
Lots of hands went up. Including mine.
A slow chorus began to build as people began to shout "Me!" "Me!"
I began to wonder who the lucky one would be who the speaker would choose.
And I also secretly wondered -- and I am sure others did too -- why he
would simply give away five hundred rupees.
Even as the shouts of "I want it" grew louder, I noticed a young woman
    running down the aisle.
She ran up onto the stage, went up to the speaker, and grabbed the five
hundred-rupee note from his hand. "Well done, young lady," said the speaker
    into the microphone.
"Most of us just wait for good things to happen. That's of no use. You've
    got to make things happen."
The speaker's words have stayed with me ever since.

'Simply thinking about doing something is of no use'

Our lives are like that. We all see opportunities around us. We all want
    the good things.
But the problem is we don't take action.
We all want the five hundred rupee notes on offer. But we don't make the
move. We look at it longingly
Get up, and do something about it. Don't worry about what other people
    might think. Take action.

    2. Several years later, it was another day, another time.
    And another motivational guru.
As I watched him pull out a five hundred rupee note and hold it up for all
to see, I thought I knew what he was going to do next. But he just asked a
simple question. "How much is this worth?"
"Five Hundred rupees!" the crowd yelled in unison.
"Right," said the speaker. He then took the note and crumpled it into a
ball and asked "How much is it worth now?"
"Five Hundred rupees!" screamed the audience.
He then threw the note on the ground, stamped all over it and picked up the
note and asked one more time: "And how much is it worth now?"
"Five Hundred rupees!" was the response.
"I want you to remember this," said the speaker.
"Just because someone crumples it, or stamps on it, the value of the note
    does not diminish.
We should all be like the five hundred rupee note..
In our lives, there will be times when we feel crushed, stamped over,
beaten. But never let your self-worth diminish. Just because someone
chooses to crush you -- that doesn't change your worth one bit!
Don't allow your self-worth to diminish because someone says something
nasty -- or does something dirty -- to you."

    'Never let your self-worth diminish'
    *

    *

*When you feel sad, to cheer up just go to the mirror and say, `Damn I am
really so cute` and you will overcome your sadness. But don`t make this a
habit coz liars go to hell.

3 lessons that the first year of marriage will teach you

1It really is true: Men assume that women will not change after marriage, while women are convinced that they can and will change their husbands.

Men are, for the most part, honest, straightforward creatures. They’ve analyzed their potential spouse and they’ve accepted her foibles. They think they can live with her faults. They concentrate on the positive qualities. If she’s basically a calm, organized person now, she should remain that way, shouldn’t she?

But oh how different is a woman’s perspective about such matters! Women accept themselves as irrational to a point, and they realize that changing themselves to suit their circumstances is the only way to deal with life. If they are moldable, men must be too, right? And with this firm belief does a woman enter into marriage: that he will love her enough to change for her, or that she will succeed in demonstrating the rationality of her argument, that  this certain quality of his disagreeable, and that that particular habit is unacceptable.

What to expect: That a wife will change. She just might seem like a completely different person after marriage. She will probably expect her husband to change too, to suit any whim that takes her fancy. Can you make allowances for this? Do you know which of your traits she finds the most annoying, and are you willing to give that up for love? What about her do you find most endearing, and could you live without it if it were to disappear overnight?

    2. It also is true that familiarity breeds contempt

Mark Twain once said “The reason we hold truth in such respect is because we have so little opportunity to get familiar with it.” The US army doesn’t just disapprove of fraternization between recruits and officers, it considers it a criminal offence. Considering that women are genetically wired to repeat themselves (read: nag) until they get their way, have you considered the odds that you might like her less the more you see of her? Are you completely sure that you can live with your girlfriend’s annoying habits and her little quirks for the rest of your life without wanting to pull your own hair out?

What to think about: Neither men nor women betray their true selves while dating. How much of what each of you appears to be is really you?

    3. They tell this to women, but men should remember it too: don’t do anything during the first few months that you don’t want to continue doing all your life.

Expectations, anyone? It’s only natural that if you begin doing something nice for her, she will expect you to continue doing it for the rest of your lives. What she learns about you in the first few months is going to shape the way she supposes you will behave forever. Whether it’s taking out the trash or buying her flowers or gadgets  on every monthly anniversary, she will remember these things, and if you stop doing them, you don’t love her anymore, sob sob…

What to consider: The problem here is that small as well as big things merit the same careful consideration. Most husbands aim to please at the start of a marriage, even though they might later forget what they consider insignificant to the large picture. Women, the divinely contradictory sex, associate affection with symbolic gestures.

To marry or not to marry her…no easy answer to this one. How well do you both understand each other? How many shared values and core beliefs can you boast of? If you’re not quite sure, maybe tying the knot is not the right decision…
